Thom com­bi­nes high solution‐finding skills with exten­si­ve expe­ri­ence in sys­tem engi­nee­ring. In coope­ra­ti­on with you – our custo­mers – we deve­lop and design each sys­tem tailo­red to meet your needs. We meet your requi­re­ments for dimen­si­ons, pro­ces­sing capa­ci­ty, pre­cisi­on, ope­ra­ti­on, dura­bi­li­ty and ser­vicea­bi­li­ty, from the initi­al plan­ning to the instal­la­ti­on of last screw. Pro­duc­tion sys­tems that lea­ve Thom’s fac­to­ry meet the hig­hest qua­li­ty and hygie­ne stan­dards. One focus of our work is in sys­tems for the food indus­try. We have a team of expe­ri­en­ced employees who are spe­ci­al­ly trai­ned in the food and pet food sec­tors.

In addi­ti­on to spe­cial machi­nes, Thom manu­fac­tures dif­fe­rent con­veyor sys­tems for the con­veyor tech­no­lo­gy field which have been estab­lished as reli­able stan­dards. With our sin­gle and multi‐line loa­ders we offer eco­no­mi­c­al and fle­xi­ble solu­ti­ons for rapid trans­por­ta­ti­on of mate­ri­als, parts or pro­duc­ts bet­ween pro­duc­tion sta­ges.

The Thom Sys­tem Engi­nee­ring Port­fo­lio Inclu­des:

• Spe­cial sys­tems, which are desi­gned as a custom‐made mecha­ni­cal design and built spe­ci­fi­cal­ly to custo­mer requi­re­ments
• Stan­dard pro­duc­ts (return con­veyors belts for loa­ding) in various fields of the food indus­try.
• Com­plex structures/stands (wel­ded), assem­blies accord­ing to customer’s drawings.
• Parts pro­duc­tion accord­ing to customer’s drawings as bending/folding parts, lathe work, mil­ling parts, wel­ded parts, etc.
• Laser parts with short pro­ces­sing times:
  – struc­tu­ral steel up to = 20 mm
  – spe­cial steel up to = 15 mm
  – alu­mi­num up to 10 mm
• Sur­face Tre­at­ment:
  pri­ming, pain­ting, brow­ning, pow­der coa­ting, chro­m­ing, ano­di­zing, blas­ting, brushing, grin­ding, poli­shing, mar­king.
